Mesna is widely used for the prevention of cyclophosphamide such reactions following rnesna adminstration and discuss possible related hemorrhagic cystitis. It has been associated with hypersensitivity-like mechanisms and management issues. tivity-like cutaneous and systemic reactions in adult patients.
