摘要：
Systematic layout planning (SLP) plays an important role in the facilities Planning. It has been widely applied effectively in the industry and the other field, But knowledge management was ignore in the SLP. Firstly, the paper analyzes the environment change and shortage of the traditional Systematic layout planning. Secondly, the paper develops a model of SLP based on the knowledge management, and explains the flowing and converting course of knowledge. Finally, the paper compares the two models, pointing out the advantages of the new model.
