ADVANCED MICRO AND NANO TECHNOLOGIES FOR APPLICATIONS WITHIN INTELLIGENT PRODUCTION

摘要
The scientific paper focuses on the advanced micro-nanotechnologies field for tangible applications in intelligent production, such as: advanced micro technologies for micro-nanoprocessing; high-tech micro technologies for vibration checking; intelligent integrated control micro-nanotechnologies; metrological calibration advanced micro-nanotechnologies; advanced micro-nanotechnologies of surfaces micro-nanostructures. The scientifical work has the main aim to present the new researces carried out in the high-tech fields, the scientifical tests used, technical and technological results (basing on experimentsin research laboratories - of selective laser sintering, laser microwelding, vibration checking/testing, nano-metrical metrological calibration for intelligent instrumentation / authorized micro-linial and micro-angular dimensional control / metrological monogrames / mocri-nano-metrical etalonation, micro-nano-dimensional etalonations, micro-nano-dimensional inspection, 3D micro-naometrics, 3D surface topography, etc.) and the fundamental conclusions (on generating new micro-nano-metrical- micro-nano-technologies of new high-tech micro-equipments for the integration into intelligent fabrication and of new mechatronic scientific knowledges), that should reach European and worldwideresearchers in the field.
