摘要
This paper mainly studies the vibration and noise characteristics of a converter transformer under DC bias. The electromagnetic-vibration-acoustic multi-physics coupling method is introduced to analyze the time-frequency characteristics of different measurement point core vibration displacement and sound intensity with the consideration of magnetostriction. A feature recognition method based on eigenmode function (IMF) energy ratio is proposed to identify the DC bias severity of transformers and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of this method. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the identification of the DC bias severity of the converter transformer and the implementation of ship vibration reduction and noise reduction measures.
