摘要
This paper presents an ongoing doctoral study investigating the implementation of education programs carried out in the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) Melbourne, Australia. Four main aspects are the focus of the study: its policy, organisational and managerial roles, processes involved in carrying out the programs as well as the implementation, strategies and approaches utilised. The study employs qualitative case study design within pragmatic paradigm. Methods of data collection are interviews, observations and document analysis. The discussion in this paper only focuses on the data derived from the interview conducted on four NGV educators, and the observations of their teaching sessions. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
