摘要
The effects of heat treatment (HT) on hot corrosion behavior of directed energy deposited (DEDed) In718/316 L functionally graded material (FGM) against 75 wt% Na2SO4 + 25 wt% NaCl molten salts at 850 degrees C were investigated. As a result, the DEDed In718/316 L FGM presented a gradual improvement in the hot corrosion resistance in building direction because of gradient-distributed Cr contents. The integral hot corrosion resistance of In718/316 L FGM was effectively improved by HT because more transmission channels were provided by HT-induced finer grains and granular Laves phases for Cr and Ni to diffuse and form Cr2O3 and NiO mixed oxide layer.
