摘要：
In this paper, a quasi-dynamic assignment model is proposed for congested transit networks with passenger queues at stations, which can be viewed as the extension of the model of De Cea and Fernandez (1993). An equivalent mathematical programming problem is formulated for the quasi-dynamic congested transit system assignment under congestion by considering the link interactions among different links, and then the solution algorithm is proposed in this paper.
