摘要
In this paper, the calibration procedure of a three-axis fluxgate sensor is described using one axis Helmholtz coil based on the least squares method and neural network. The results of the two methods are compared based on the sensor characteristics including accuracy, linearity, noise, and the misalignment of the axes and frequency response of each axis. The comparison of results of the applied methods demonstrates the efficiency of neural network method which can compensate the nonlinearity and misalignment of the sensor.
