摘要
It has been shown that as a result of surface treatment of seeds in nonthermal atmospheric-pressure glow-discharge plasma, the surface becomes hydrophilic and is characterized by a decreased contact angle, an enhanced surface energy, and an increased surface roughness. It has been established that the plasma-induced change in the morphology and roughness of the seed surface is associated with the appearance of a regular fine-mesh network structure with different cell sizes and quite sharply defined boundaries on the surface of the seeds.
