摘要
In order to examine the moderating effect of sport exercise on the relationship between time management and emotional health, 686 college student subjects were studied with Time Management Scale and Index of Well-being, Affect Balance Scale. And the moderating effect was tested by using sequential hierarchical regression analysis. The result showed that time control and time efficiency have significantly positive prediction for emotion health of the college students. Sport exercise not only moderates the positive effects of time control on well-being and time efficiency on emotional balance; it also moderates the effect of time control on emotional balance. That is to say, the better the time control of the active exercisers is, the more positive their moods are; but the better the time control of the inactive exercisers is, the worse their moods are.
