摘要
This article aims to establish the perception of job happiness. The research instrument was designed and validated through the confirmatory factor analysis, the reliability analysis using the coefficient of homogeneity, in turn, the KMO (Kaiser-Mayer-Olikin) was performed. The case study concludes that the variable that best explains work happiness is subjective well-being. Likewise, significant differences were found between the groups studied in the variables of subjective well-being and job satisfaction, it was also found that the hierarchical operational level perceives greater labor happiness compared to the other levels studied and that the variable with the greatest impact on the multifactorial indicator Happiness is subjective well-being.
