Robust-M detection of signal based on wavelet packet transform

摘要
The statistic properties of wavelet packet transform coefficients of stationary noise are investigated. And a new noise model is built by which the Robust-M detector overcomes the intrinsic limits of classical Robust detector. Further more, this paper presents a new method of detection of known signal in additive arbitrary distribution white background noise.
