摘要
In the temperature range 300-800 K the temperature dependence of the thermoelectrical coefficients crystals of solid solutions (InTe)(1-x)(Cr2Te3)(x) were studied and it was revealed a simple nature of scattering mechanisms of electrons and phonons. The proximity of the dimensions of the atomic radius of indium and chromium would lead to an intense filling of empty sites (vacancies) of the crystal lattice of the defective compound InTe. According to the temperature dependence of the total thermal conductivity and the Hall mobility of the current carriers, it is established that the heat transfer in solid solutions (InTe)(1-x)(Cr2Te3)(x) is carried out according to a one-phonon mechanism, and electron scattering at low temperatures is due to ionized impurity atoms, and at high temperatures due to the thermal vibrations of the crystal lattice. The prospects of using solid solutions (InTe)(1-x)(Cr2Te3)(x) in thermoelectric energy converters are shown.
