摘要
The security hidden trouble is the headstream to lead to the coal mine accidents. It is the important link to the coal mine safety produces that how to discover the hidden trouble of the coal mine accurately in time, carrying out the science management and removing the hidden trouble. It is also the main method of safety management in the current coal mine. By researching the theory of constraints and based on the main viewpoint of the theory. in the paper, the hidden trouble is looked upon as the constraint of the safety production in coal mine. According to the five steps principle I-D-A-C-E, that are identify, dispose, analyze, control and evaluate. We set up the model of the hidden trouble management in order to improve the workers' consciousness and enthusiasm to discover the hidden trouble. Through practicing in one coal mine, a set of entire hidden trouble management information system is established. The closed cycle management has come true, and it processes discovering, exchanging, rectifying and reforming through modem no-paper-work network. The retrieval, analysis and form of the hidden trouble have come true. It has not only improved the administrative mechanism and efficiency greatly, but also has arrived at the notable effect to prevent accidents happening.
