摘要
In order to overcome the electromagnetic interference of the electric and magnetic linear oscillation feeder and the noise of low frequency piezoelectricity oscillation feeder, a new linear ultrasonic vibration feeder is developed. First, In order to overcome the electromagnetic interference and noise,the ultrasonic transducer based on piezoelectricity ceramic was used to drive the feeder, The vibration model and parameters of which were studied and calculated. The transducer's amplitude was surveyed and the relational curve between oscillation amplitude and frequency we got. Then, In order to create utility vibration, a gradient assembly method was adopt, it's construction was designed, It's structure parameter was calculated, correlative equation was built, the resonance frequency of feeder increase along with the accretion of Elastic Join slice l's thickness,when feeder resonating it's discharge velocity is the best. the best discharge velocity of M5 nut can reach 56mm/s.
