摘要
The appearance and use of marketing for the consumers goods represented the start point for its subsequent development. The recent period of time brought an increase to the importance of marketing, as a major source of competitive efficiency. From computers to machine tools, from the air transport to telecommunications, the leaders from industry urge the organizations to adopt a focused approach on the client and to let themselves driven by the market. For sure, b-2-b marketing will be strongly affected by some major trends- globalization, rapid technology changes and increased visibility.
