摘要
In this work, the perceptions of the students on the teaching knowledge and effective professors at the high school level are analyzed. The research was carried out in high schools located in three states of the country; The participants were an intentional sample of 90 students, 30 of them in each of the institutions that were part of the study. The investigation was carried out under the correlational quantitative approach, not causal, with factor analysis and with varimax rotation, about the differences of means and with the inferential statistical test ANOVA and Student's T. The results allowed to identify eight factors that explain the teaching knowledge and the effective teachers, considering the students ' s perceptions. The factorial analysis reached a total of 70.2% of the total variance explained, which allowed us to observe some theoretical reconfigurations of the review of the literature made on the phenomenon of the study. The results showed statistically significant differences in a greater number and with a value of decreasing importance, for the type of institution, specialty, semester, age groups and gender. Finally, the test of statistical significance (test T) allowed to establish the approved items with relation to knowledge of teaching and effective teachers.
