摘要
The main problem of power supply to the northern territories, where, according to the assessment of the Russian Energy Agency, more than 900 DPF with power generation of 2.54 billion kW.h/year operate, is the low efficiency of their work due to deterioration of the equipment in which the cost of the produced energy is in the range of 15 - 150 rubles per 1 kW.h. Given the high wind potential, the article suggests a solution to the problem of establishing an effective system of power supply for the northern territories providing a high proportion of the replacement of diesel fuel with a maximum resource usage of renewable energy sources (RES). The article defines the task of creating an efficient and competitive power supply system based on RES for the harsh climatic conditions and discusses in detail the task of developing the methodology and software for the calculation of the optimal parameters and operating modes of an autonomous power complex based on RES, as well as the results of its approbation by the example of WDPF vil. Amderma.
