摘要：

The authors discussed the design method of the distance learning didactic materials preparation for asynchronous mode. The approach based on the module structure of fundamental knowledge. The new role of teacher is discussed as well as its impact to the didactic materials structure and content. The new approach based on the Learning Object concept. The authors introduced the knowledge representation model designed to meet the requirements of theoretical knowledge presentation in selected domain.
