摘要
In order to solve the problem of synchronous speed deviation and positioning error caused by time-varying and non-linearity in synchronous control system of intelligent crane trolley, Based on the analysis and research of synchronous control system and fuzzy-PID control system of intelligent crane, a multi-stage fuzzy-PID control strategy is proposed. On the basis of ensuring the speed response performance of the synchronous control system of the intelligent crane, the synchronous deviation and positioning error are dynamically optimized to realize the synchronous control of the translation mechanism of the intelligent crane. At the same time, by comparing with the conventional PID control, the optimized multi-stage fuzzy PID control for synchronization of intelligent crane trucks has the advantages of small synchronization deviation and positioning error, fast response, good robustness and small overshoot, which can be well applied to the synchronization control of intelligent crane trucks.
