摘要
We have systematically explored the synthesis parameters in laser evaporation and CVD for the synthesis of carbon nanombes. Our findings point to a dependence of the resultant tubes on the volume to surface area ratio of the catalyst particle. The data furthers our understanding on the nucleation of carbon nanotubes.
