摘要
Mixed spinel ferrites Zn0.5Co0.5Fe2O4 (Zn-Co) and Zn0.5Ni0.5Fe2O4 (Zn-Ni) thin films were prepared on silicon (100) substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique, operating at 248 nm. Single phase formation of spinel structure was confirmed by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Optical measurements were obtained by Fourier Transform InfraRed (FTIR) spectroscopy. Optical absorption spectra at room temperature (RT) show broad absorption bands. (C) 2008 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
