摘要
Chambers of Commerce are increasingly serving as network nodes for organizations on a range of issues such as economic reforms, environment, and quality initiatives. In a knowledge economy, when it takes up an initiative like the National Quality Award, it serves as an umbrella service center for management performance excellence. An Indian example is illustrated and presented as a learning model in management performance for business excellence.
