摘要
In order to address climate change and energy security, low-carbon development model by the parties seriously. Low-carbon sustainable development of urban construction is the only way. Home and abroad through the practice of building low-carbon analysis of the city and summarizes the characteristics of the development in our country, make low-carbon city development is the core objective of the quantitative indicators of carbon emissions. To achieve this goal, this article will be low-carbon energy, low-carbon life, the industrial structure adjustment, low carbon emissions and other aspects of the corresponding measures.
