Positive research on the capital structure and profit of listed company of real estate industry in China

摘要
Through the data of real estate company from 1998 to 2003, making certain theory analysis, studying under the circumstances that other factors are limited, what influence the structure of the capital has on making profits, then draw the main conclusion (I) asset-liability ratio has negative notably influence on operating profit / total assets; (2)Current liability /total assets has remarkable negative influence on the operating profit / total assets and return on total assets; (3)The capital structure has no relation with the return on net assets; (4)Long-term debt / total assets are not relevant to profit; Propose the suggestion improving the structure of the capital, strengthening the management of capital structure and raising the turnover of inventory for controlling the sales cost, strengthening core business to make profit.
