摘要
Through the path of service innovation, studied the impact of logistics enterprise knowledge management on business performance. Knowledge management is divided into knowledge sharing and creation, service innovation is divided into concept, technology, organizational and market innovation. Structural equation analysis shows that knowledge creation has no significant positive impact on organizational innovation, knowledge management has no significant positive impact on performance through the path of concept innovation, while others have significant positive impact. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management is essential for a long-term development. Silvia (2009)[1] thinks that knowledge shared, conversion and creation determine the performance. However, the impact path of knowledge management on performance is vague in the existing research, and it is lack of any workable proposal to enterprises. At this stage, innovation has become the key to gain competitive advantage. Knowledge management must through innovation to promote performance. Zhao dao zhi (2011)[2] thinks logistics company providing homogeneous services have failed to meet the customer's needs, we must continue to innovate and seek different services. Therefore, we study the impact of knowledge management on performance through the path of service innovation, so that it takes the research more relevant and instructive.
