摘要
By consulting documentary data and conducting statistics based on relevant questionnaire, this paper is intended to gain an insight into the unhealthy phenomena related to physical activities, body defense systems, upright postures and common diseases affecting teenagers in the middle schools of Chongqing and Changsha, and the possible causes of them. According to the result of the analysis, the students' constitutions as well as their body defense system are not strong enough and their inappropriate sitting, standing and walking postures caused by the lack of sports are jeopardizing their health. That's why we can see an obvious increase of the students who suffer from different diseases, such as obesity, myopia, jagged teeth, abnormal teeth color, nasitis and diabetes and so on, on the basis of which I propose the advice on how to improve students' health from four aspects, i.e. creating a greener and healthier living environment for the students, developing the their awareness of the connotation of health, strengthening student's physical constitution and improving the health care and the functions of school clinics.
