摘要
For the purpose of enhancing integrity of enterprise operations and management, information integration in enterprises is an aspect facilitating enterprise operations and management. Along this road of thinking, information integration in enterprises is explored in terms of three steps in this paper. First, contemporary strategies / tactics for enterprise operations and management are presented. A new definition is put forward for concurrent engineering, while decomposition diagrams of specifications are presented for other strategies / tactics. Then, implementation of strategies / tactics for enterprise operations and management is formulated as a re-engineering of enterprises. Finally, a four level hierarchy, composed of strategy / tactics, business, database and network, is put forward for information integration in enterprises.
