摘要：
Auto finance is of great significance for the development of auto industry. However, Chinese current auto finance modes all have their deficiencies to some degree. Therefore. it is necessary to explore a new mode to exert the advantages of both commercial banks and auto finance companies to promote the development of Chinese auto finance. For this purpose, this paper utilizes the method of comparative analysis, compares the advantages and disadvantages between commercial banks and auto finance companies under Chinese special environment, and analyses the defects of Chinese current auto finance modes. Finally, it designs all innovative auto finance mode based on above analysis.
