摘要
On the basis of a brief introduction to the evidential reasoning approach, the factors of ship navigation system is analyzed. The following work has been done: identifying and analyzing ship navigation risks and constructing the structure of factors resulted in navigation risk factors; using AHP method to establish the importance of risk factors; using fuzzy set to identify the belief degree of risk factor and the basic probability assignment of risk factors; synthesizing the basic probability assignment of risk factor and achieving the ultimate assessment results. The belief degree of fuzzy linguistics for risk factors is obtained through fuzzy sets and partial statistics other than by critical remarks method and traditional fuzzy sets method.
