摘要
In this letter, a Vivaldi antenna with wideband RCS reduction using Electromagnetic Band Gap Absorbing Structure (EBGAS) is designed. The EBGAS cuveres on the antenna ground. The EBGAS constructed by split rectangular ring loaded with resistors and dielectric spacer. Compared with the metal ground Vivaldi antenna, RCS has reduced about 15 dB in the frequency band of 4-18 GHz and almost without gain loss. This antenna has wideband scanning ability, can be used for phased array antenna stealth design.
