摘要
The utilization of information and communication technology in government administration has become an inevitable requirement. Along with that, issue of information security becomes an important aspect to note. Information security incidents that occur are closely related to employee behavior. This study aims to measure the level of employee behavior on information security in a government agency in Indonesia and to analyze the differences in behavior seen from the characteristics of employees. Data collection is conducted using questionnaires that focused on areas of keyword management, official computer security, email usage, internet usage, and data management. The results show that behavior of employees is at the middle level and there are generally no significant differences in behavior between certain groups of employees.
