摘要
The objective is to analyse the impact of technology management on innovation capacity in the restaurant sector in Medellin, Colombia. A survey was applied to 139 company managers and partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was used for data processing. The results indicate that together, technological strategy, R&D practices and technological assimilation efficiently explain and predict innovation capacity from organizational structure, human capital and collaboration networks. Technological management appears as a tool to enhance restaurant innovations, promoting their positioning and competitiveness in the market.
