摘要：

In the context of higher education reform and market economy, the university student associations are important stockholders of enterprises. They are huge potential consumer groups and strategic storage of human resource. It is necessary for enterprises to improve their relationship with university student associations. This paper deeply analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of university student associations, the opportunities and threats of cooperative development. It points out how to foster strengths and circumvent weakness. The authors draw out a feasible cooperative development model for university student associations and enterprises.
