摘要
New adaptive micro- lens arrays based on 1As(2)S(3) center dot 1As(2)Se(3) chalcogenide photoresist microlenses immersed in nematic liquid crystals (NLC) with an electrically controllable focal length have been developed. Parameters of new micro-optical devices are discussed.
