Research of University Students' Development and Management of Human Resources Problem

The development and management of human resources of university students have an important role in improving national quality and promoting economic and social development. The results of the study show that while China's human resources have numerous inferiorities with developed countries, but there are obvious disadvantages of low quality of the labor force. Promoting China's economic and social fast, sustainable development, urgently needs to improve the quality of talents and cultivate the diversity of the rich human resources through education teaching reform. Based on the analysis of the current situation of human resource in college the human resources development and the problems of students existing in the management, such as insufficient professional ability, weak vocational skills, difficult employment and so on, the paper improves university students' effective methods of professional and general skills, and proposes countermeasures to improve university students' human resources.
