摘要
SMEs (small and medium enterprises) occupy an important position in the national economy, which have played an important role in resolving the remaining labor force employment and stimulating economic growth, but there are many problems during the course of business in SMEs such as paternalistic authoritarian management or unsound enterprise system or unsound system to attract and culture talent, which are restricted sustainable development of SMEs Among these problems, effective human resources management has become a key factor to sustainable development for SMEs. This article aims to analyze human resources management based on sustainable development in SMEs. Focused on the subject this paper firstly analyze the meaning of human resources management to sustainable development in SMEs, and then analyze the problems in human resources management in SMEs, finally, this paper bring forward some strategies and recommendations to improving human resources management in SMEs.
