摘要：

For maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, the blood is in low hypercoagulable state due to the use of heparin or low molecular weight heparin during dialysis. It is not rare to see hematoma in the puncture site. In recent years, several cases have been reported of spontaneous kidney rupture, but no hip hematoma, let alone both occurred in succession. There was one MHD patient with spontaneous kidney bleeding and hip hematoma in our hospital in 2014, and we provided effective treatment and follow-up. (C) 2016 S. Karger AG, Basel
