摘要：
With the development of machinery industry, vibration is considered as a negative factor in many cases. Therefore, the vibration analysis, research and design of vibration isolators have important practical and theoretical significance. This review presents the development and applications of vibration isolators. Firstly, the basic principle of vibration isolator is overviewed. Then, this paper summarizes the classification and the research methods of vibration isolators. In the end, the applications of vibration isolators are introduced, including suspension system, semiconductor industry, machine tools, microscopes and parallel mechanism.
