摘要：
The study of small and medium-sized enterprises becomes the main concerns of the academic world. Crisis management is quite important to the survival and development of the small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper mainly takes the small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province as examples to study their crisis management at present situation by using questionnaire survey and interviews. In addition, this paper also offers the suggestions on the crisis' management for enterprises based on the study.
