摘要
With the development of electronic commerce (E-Commerce), more and more small and medium enterprises (SMES) start using third-party websites. However, although there is a lot of research on the Web site evaluation, but it has always been lack of an evaluation index system for the third-party B2B e-commerce website. This paper, based on the related literatures, designed a quality evaluation index system of third-party B2B e-commerce website, which concluded three major dimensions such as information quality, system quality and service quality. By filling out questionnaires to collect data, the paper used factor analysis method to analyze data and reached the conclusion that the composition dimensions of website quality evaluation consisted mainly of seven key factors, namely, the information usefulness, information presentation, website appearance, website use, business value, website trust and online services. Therefore, the third-party B2B e-commerce site should develop from the above 7 aspects to improve the quality of the website.
