摘要：
The article presents the approaches to estimation of crisis signs in the economy as well as of the current global financial, trade and industrial crises from the viewpoint of the information economic theory. Special attention is paid to the views of the New-Keynesians leader Joseph Stiglitz concerning the development of the new economic paradigm - information economy.
