摘要：
Tourism and real estate are high value-added and strongly associated in tertiary industry. With the development of China's economy, they has become an important growth point of national economy. Real estate tourism is born due to the synchronization of the tourism and real estate. Presently, there is no "tourism real estate" in foreign research, timeshare is a more frequently used word. With the rapid development of the tourism industry, investment for tourism real estate has gradually become the new hot spot. How to achieve green development of tourism real estate and sustainable development of resources is an important issue for the development of tourism real estate. The concept and type of tourism real estate was first discussed in the paper, and then a green tourism real estate development evaluation index system was built, the green development of Tangshan hot springs resort project was evaluated with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method at last and some measures were stated for the late development.
