摘要
There could be various aspects of teachers' life that matter to them in their personal and professional life. Work motivation and Job Satisfaction of Outstation Posted school teachers is the most common factor which directly affects their work and students. Under the title of this paper "Work motivation and Job Satisfaction of Outstation Posted School Teachers",the level of association of work motivation and job satisfaction with outstation-posted schoolteachers A sample of 256 government schoolteachers have been taken from Rajasthan, India by purposive sampling technique. The work motivation Questionnaire by Agarwal (2012) and the Job Satisfaction Scale by Singh (1999)have been used to collect the data. The Chi-square test was applied in this research to analyse the level of association. Findings showa high level of association between work motivation(chi 2=9.41, p<.05) and job satisfaction(chi 2=10.40, p<.01)with outstation-posted teachers. It may be said that the level of work motivation and job satisfaction may not get influenced much even if schoolteachers are posted out of their hometown.
