摘要：
The paper classifies the basic model of corporate governance in the world. The Corporate Governance systems of European, Anglo-Saxon and Far-East countries are characterized. In the main part the Corporate Governance systems in selected transition economies are analysed and subsequently the results of comparative analysis with models in advanced economies are summarised. The final part is concentrated on further developments perspective.
