摘要
With the clarification of the connotation and index of ecological red line, the ecological red-line control degree of wetland protection gradually becomes clear. The wetland type under ecological red line control is divided into important ecological function area wetland, ecological environment sensitive area wetland, ecological environment fragile area wetland and forbidden development zone wetland. Wetland ecological red line management system includes different types of wetland management, coordination management, wetland management performance evaluation, public participation management system, the above system is the key to wetland protection under the new situation. Based on the analysis of the existing problems in wetland protection management system in China, this paper puts forward the concrete measures to deepen the wetland management system, and puts forward the establishment of the wetland sector coordination management, filling in the existing wetland legal protection blank, clear wetland ecological red line, establishing wetland ecological damage compensation And other systems.
