摘要
We firstly perpared liposome coated [Ir(pq)(2)(bpy)]Cl (Ir@liposome) as a transducer for radiopharmaceutical (F-18-FDG) excited phosphorescence imaging (REPI). Ir@liposome-based REPI exhibited deep tissue penetration and high signal-to-noise ratio in the tumor.
