摘要
In the present work, we've considerate the use of recycled EPS (expanded polystyrene), from food's packaging, as a thermal insulation material to insulate the roof of a box, with dimensions of 0,500,50050 m, simulated a room. The box was made of wood. A support of MDF (medium density fiber) was fixed in the top of the box to supporting the roof that was a plate of steel, painting in black, was used as a roof, and fixed on the support. To doing so, we try to maximize the effects of the absorption of thermal radiation by the plate. Between the Support and die plate. we've put the recycled EPS. Another box, without EPS between the MDF and the plate of steel, it was used as a standard, in comparison with the box insulated. With simply concept and inexpensive cost, the use of recycled EPS as a thermal insulation of roofs was technically demonstrated by the methodology. It is important to say that this alternative technique also permits to reduce environmental problems.
