摘要：
The article analyzes the crisis condition of public enterprises and grounds the necessity of applying the instruments of the crisis financial management. The author's understanding of the crisis consequences, the contents of crisis financial management, financial controlling is presented along with the role of the risk controlling system within the crisis financial management at an enterprise. An approach to construction of the crisis controlling system at public enterprises is offered. The ways of overcoming the crisis in the public sector of the Ukraine's economy are determined.
