Guiding the implementation of service delivery strategy in an e-government environment

摘要
Governments around the world are eager to take advantage of the phenomena advancements in telecommunications technologies and the high percentage Of users' acceptance of the Internet. However, the implementation of the government services electronically requires assessment of the value provided to citizens with this service comparable to the for-profit organizations. In this paper, we build oil previously developed models that that evaluate a set-vice based on its value provided to Customer and extend the discussion to government services.
